It usually takes 10-15 days to manufacture the entire set of outdoor lights. Shipping time depends on the destination port.

We offer limited free samples for smaller items like LED street lamps. For larger items like steel poles and solar street lights, we charge a discounted fee, which is refunded upon placing a bulk order.

Warranty periods vary by product: 3 years for solar street lights, 5 years for LED street lights, and up to 20 years for lighting poles.
Can your company accept custom-made requests?
Yes, we can customize parameters such as color rendering index, light efficiency, and color temperature according to customer requirements without affecting product quality.
What is your after-sales policy?
We include spare parts with bulk orders. If any components fail during the warranty period, we will promptly send replacements for free.
