Q2. What certifications do your products have?
We have passed ISO9001, CE, RoHS, CB, IEC, and China energy saving certifications. For EU customers, our products meet the new ErP2.0 and EMT2.0 requirements.
Q3. Can you provide customized lighting services?
Yes, we provide one-stop solutions including ODM/OEM, lighting mode adjustment, logo printing, color changes, and customized package design.
Q4. What are your standard terms of payment?
We accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight, DP, online orders, and PayPal. Normal terms are 30% deposit and balance against the BL copy.
Q5. What is the difference between a Motion sensor and a PIR sensor?
A Motion (radar) sensor emits high-frequency electric waves and is sensitive up to 10-15 meters. A PIR sensor detects environmental temperature changes with a range of 3-8 meters.
Q6. Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, our normal warranty is 2 years. We also offer 3-5 years for premium products. Most lamps work normally well beyond 3 years under standard usage.
